Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Google Cloud Platform / Firebase Hosting) records standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, request timestamps — for security and operational logging. If we enable product analytics (PostHog), we may also record anonymized page views and interaction events. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell any data.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss potential engagements
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website
• To meet legal and tax obligations as a registered business

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers:

• Resend — delivers your contact form submission to our inbox. Resend privacy policy.
• Google Cloud / Firebase Hosting — hosts the website and records operational logs.
• PostHog (when enabled) — anonymized product analytics. No personally identifying information is sent.

We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Cookies

We do not set advertising cookies. PostHog (when enabled) sets a first-party cookie used only for anonymized session continuity. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained while we are corresponding with you and for a reasonable archive period afterward. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing the address above.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. If you are a resident of California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect information in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (encrypted cloud storage). No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and any required authorities promptly.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
